Definition of Storytelling:
A communication device used by many Native Americans
tribes, storytelling is used to pass traditions from generation to generation.
Every person has his/her own definition of storytelling, but most of
the definitions are similar.
-
Storytelling is a whole set of events that
happen in hopes that the person picks out what the purpose of this
story is, like trying to get across something such as a "value"
that has to be taught and just telling the story hoping that the
person understands what kind of value that is trying to be put upon
them.

and values that have been passed down from generation to generation.

can be used in sacred rituals.
